    this has been going on for over a year - and while 104 waverley st has fixed their footpath and pretty little gardens from 106 waverley st to near the intersection of holmes road, the footpath is destroyed and still to be fixed!

    In the 10 years I've lived in Essendon all the council has done is jack up my rates and reduce the parking availability on my street. Guess it's time to move.

    Moonee Valley City Council are powerless and have done nothing to stop the residents of 104 Waverley Street Moonee Ponds for over a year with numerous tradesmen parking their construction vehicles and dumping waste on 106 Waverley St private property!
