  Ingrid Romero has been my hairdresser for over 20 years. She's one in a million, in that, I can always be honest with her in terms of her work, and if I don't like the end result...I can tell her, without fear of retribution or feeling awkward for being honest. She will go out of her way to understand my problem/s and will always work with her clients in an effort to find a resolution. She's a gem!...and no matter where she moves to, I will follow her to the moon!...

  With so many hair salons to chose from, how does one chose? Living nearby Romero I stumbled upon this treasure. Owners Ingrid and Carlos are about the loveliest people you could hope to know so naturally everyone they hire are a pleasure as well. Ingrid has me hooked on BHave Keratin treatments and took my boring hair and transformed into hair that makes me feel beautiful. Their fees are reasonable and I truly look forward to my visits to Romero as its always such a fun time.

  No one is better than this dynamic couple...Carlos and Ingrid are the best husband and wife team, hair stylists in Melbourne. The sweetest people, with the most beautiful results. I had so many compliments at my brothers wedding about my hair and how pretty it was that I thought I was getting married. Friendly, professional and amazing, this salon is the best in town
