    Prices might be decent but customer service absolutely terrible. Too busy chatting to realise I'm in the store... Was told by another bonds store I had to go to Moonee Ponds outlet to exchange as they still stocked the product I needed to exchange, the lady was so rude she had me in tears and made me feel terrible. So nasty and even after letting her know her service was bad, she was STILL nasty and offered no apology, just a rude 'oh yeah? How?' shouted at us when leaving the store... Will never ever shop here again, so nasty and would recommend going to another bonds outlet for savings... or Melbourne Central if looking for great customer service.
